without limitation, all required Directives on Data protection regulations of

Tripovy Booking Portal to make a booking, during the
process of your registration and booking section, we will collect some personal
identifiable information as described below, only with your consent;

- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- Billing Information
This information shall only be used for the purpose of contacting the customer
and carrying out the services. Information relating to payment card details
shall be under special protection and will only be accessible to credit card
companies and banks in order to authorize your payment and purchases.
3. Removing User Data
Users may request to remove all their data which includes their name, phone
number, email, past air ticket and hotel booking details by emailing:

Or, by clicking the account delete button on our app after which a verification
call will be made and will be processed within 2 working days upon confirmation.
All requests will be processed after successful phone verification and
confirmation within 2 working days.
4. Personal Information Use
We use the information we collect in various ways, including:

Booking a Travel or Accommodation Service: During this process, we
will ask you only for the information that we and service providers need to
provide you with preferred Travel and Accommodation services. These include
completing and managing your booking, sending you communications by email,
call or SMS in relation to your booking (e.g. confirmations, modifications
and reminders), allowing us to respond to your queries. Such communications
could be managed by us or by our partners. We endeavor to show to you the
most relevant travel or accommodation data and help you in a personalized
manner with your booking. We might save your data for future bookings to
make it easier for you to finish a booking with us. Please, bear in mind
that the identification data we use is going to be the information that you
provided in your booking.

services. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will not and never
sell your personal information other than the instructions given to them
